The Shack (2017 Film)

The beginning of this movie was like a serious mystery or suspense.

But suddenly it became like a fairy tale. Unfortunately I was so bored that I had to fight with sleepiness.

But when the main character got back to the reality and the mystery was made clear, I was so impressed…

Sorry, This is awesome.

I have read that some evangelicals says that this movie slightly deviates from right Christian teachings. But for me, what matters is the mind, not the rigid theology.

I can recommend this movie with confidence.

What is the true faith?

ln my experience, sometimes, I feel nervous after praying for a long time. Especially, when I pray to get rid of my personal fear, usually it get worse. Actually It doesn’t work.

Why?
I think it’s because of excessive self-reflection and self-consciousness.

It’s not good to try to control everything by the prayer.
It’s not natural feeling and God doesn’t listen to that kind of selfish prayer.

It’s better to let it go.

If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake, you will save it.

The most important thing is praying for others, and just worship Lord.
And the best prayer is the Lord’s prayer. This is very deep and powerful.
